A personal website rewritten from WordPress into .NET 10. The goal wasn’t to have a website for free — the goal was to have one I can bend whichever way I need.
How it works: the content is Markdown with YAML front matter in the
content/ folder. The application loads it at startup into an immutable
snapshot, from which every page is rendered. A content change = a commit,
not a database migration.
What’s unusual about it: the repository contains a harness for AI agents — roles such as feature planner, designer, implementer, and reviewer that maintain the site. Deployment runs on Debian in Docker behind nginx; publishing goes through GitHub Actions to GHCR.
Why it’s worth mentioning: because it’s the only project on this list that you can examine in full from the outside — you’re looking at it right now.
