Moving an operations application on top of an ERP from .NET Framework 4.8 to .NET 10 with golden-master tests — the new version is checked against the recorded behavior of the old one. Writing data is hybrid: ERP entities go through its API, the application’s own data straight into the database.
An application for a manufacturer’s parametric price quotes, in service from 2019 to this day — in that time it has been through three generations of .NET. It has its own evaluator for mathematical formulas, because parametric calculations follow what the salesperson enters, not the programmer.
A personal project in .NET 10 and Blazor for organizing amateur soccer matches, with a schedule that took players’ time zones into account and push notifications that needed no account with a third-party service. It no longer runs, because the soccer group it was made for has ended.

A company directory on top of ERP data whose core is signing in through Microsoft Entra ID and mapping to existing users in the ERP. That way the company doesn’t have to keep its people in two registers at once.
A small API for Czech public holidays, written as a minimal API in .NET 6. Its history shows the move from Azure App Service to my own Docker setup behind nginx on Debian — the same path this site follows today.
A CLI tool that turns what Windows Recall has captured into notes for the daily stand-up. The language model runs locally in LM Studio, so nothing from the screen gets sent out.
